Your fishing trip should be an enjoyable hassle free day. Aboard The Marilyn Jean II, we realize that the
typical casual fisherman usually doesn't know what to bring...No Problem!
All you need to bring is yourself. We provide all the rods and reels,
hooks and sinkers, quality bait, special baits when needed, and plenty
of buckets.
Forget a towel to wipe
your hands? We
even tie individual clean wiping towels on the rail for your personal
convenience. We welcome the "Salty Dogs," but our highly qualified and
experienced crew are experts at turning even the most inexperienced
beginners into fishermen.
Need to take a break?
The immaculate rest rooms are equipped with warm running water, soap and
clean towels.
Going out in the spring
or fall? Our
cabins and rest rooms are kept nice and warm with central heat.
How about a nice
relaxing day of fluking?
From May through September we usually fish for Fluke and Sea Bass. Although
most Fluke and Sea Bass fishing is done in the Jones Beach area, your
day may include a trip to Fire Island, Coney Island or even Sandy Hook. |

Another load of killer
blues are landed! When you fish aboard the Marilyn Jean II, the
blues don't stand a chance. |

How about those Porgies
or Blackfish!
In the fall.
local Long Island reefs and wrecks produce plenty of hefty Blacks and
Porgies!
Want some real action?
How about a trip to
the 17 Fathoms for some Gorilla Blues. The Marilyn Jean II
is by far the #1 producing Long Island Bluefish Charter boat, both day
and night. We go where they live... we have the speed and the range. We proudly live up to our reputation as the "
Bluefish Magnet"-no one else even comes close. Imagine a
late season Albacore or Bonito or the occasional Mahi Mahi. That's
right...you may hook into any one of these while bluefishing, maybe even
JAWS!
Enjoy Striped Bass?
Evening, all
nighters and morning Striper trips are also available.
The Marilyn Jean II
has both speed and stability. Powered by twin V-12 GM Diesels, travel
time is cut to a minimum. Less travel time and more stability means more
fishing time and a
more comfortable ride there and back.
